I’m a bikini bodybuilding competitor that constantly pushes myself and my body to its limits, while constantly learning and evolving and striving to become a better me. Hi, my name is Chloe, I am a fitness instructor, health and fitness enthusiast, bikini bodybuilding competitor, and I have a real passion for helping others to achieve their goals.
I was always sporty and turned out to be a competitive gymnast competing both nationally and internationally. Unfortunately I had to stop due to injury but that didn’t mean I couldn’t continue my passion for sports and fitness, so I went off to university and studied sports therapy.
The summer of 2018 was an extremely tough time for me as I was struggling with depression, but I found that the gym was my sanctuary, it was my safe place. I look back on my experiences and am thankful for them as it has got me to where I am today, and it has made me learn a lot about myself and my own strengths. Having gone from someone who hardly ever trained, to winning my very first bodybuilding show in under a year shows that no matter what people say you can achieve anything with hard work and dedication.
Training/exercise offers so many incredible benefits such as allowing you to challenge and improve yourself both physically and mentally as well as socially by meeting other people who are on a journey of self-improvement.
I want to use my experiences and knowledge I have gained in my fitness journey and studies to help people not only achieve their goals, but to help them feel more confident, and to support and encourage them through the mentality of it as well. I want to be able to give people the knowledge and tools to be able to help and challenge themselves.
For me, health and fitness represent a balanced lifestyle as well as challenging both a person’s physical and mental strength.

I am an experienced Bikini Bodybuilding competitor, and I have also attended multiple posing seminars, so would like to share my knowledge of posing and offer posing coaching for those looking to compete for the first time. Or even if you want a second set of eyes on your current posing and a little tweaking.

As your personal fitness instructor, I will work with you in person to help you achieve your goals. We will start with a 1-1 consultation to find out more about you, your experience and what you want to achieve. Then with your goals in mind and my feedback from the consultation I will design your bespoke training plan with diet advice for you and be with you every step of the way.
I will be motivating you and pushing you to reach your potential as well as equipping you with the knowledge as we go.
I will guide you through the session, demonstrating the exercises and correcting your form as we train so you get the best possible workout every session!
